We are offering paid training programmes for those wishing to gain essential skills in dealing with the public. Sessions will be held across Gwynedd and Conwy, with opportunities to work in CAB offices in Bangor, Caernarfon, Pwllheli, Dolgellau and Llandudno. Willingness to travel is a distinct advantage.
We anticipate that permanent roles will become available during the course of the training programme for the right candidate(s).

The training programme is offered for 35 hours per week:
Phase 1:
Six weeks of classroom-based training, looking at essential skills in dealing with clients and advice, including hands-on experience helping people on the phone, face-to-face and via email and webchat.
Phase 2 (for successful candidates from phase 1):
Six weeks of on-the-job work experience with a dedicated supervisor in one of our offices in Bangor, Caernarfon, Pwllheli, Dolgellau or Llandudno.
